Brookson
Digital Learning Specialist
As part of the Learning and Development team, it was my role to transform and turn Brookson’s learning and training needs ‘digital’, from conducting training needs analysis and providing appropriate digital learning recommendations, to completing a range of projects in various media (e-learning, info-graphics, micro-learning, video, gamification and motion graphics etc.) to fulfil the needs of stakeholders, SME’s and Board Members - The key part of my role at Brookson was to choose and implement an new LMS, using Thrive LXP - I created a new learning culture within Brookson, gaining top engagement scores across Thrive Clients.

E-Learning Senior Content Developer
As the lead designer, I created E-Learning courses from start to finish (researching, scripting and designing). I created bespoke courses for a range of leading clients across the world in multiple languages. I was also Safety Media’s in-house videographer, enabling me to use video, photography and motion graphics,to push our E-Learning techniques as well as creating adverts and corporate videos
